i'm brian mofor. a creator driven by design, culture, and the quiet power of storytelling.
i’m inspired by how things make people feel before they make them think. growing up, i paid attention to everything. commercials, packaging, billboards, album covers, gas station signage. i never skipped ads. i never missed the details. somewhere between late-night tv and long drives, i became obsessed with how images build identity.
that curiosity led me to marlboro country era advertising. not for what it sold, but for how it sold feeling. a world you could step into. that influence shaped how i see visual culture today.
1900country is where all of that lives. it’s a design studio rooted in american grit and modern culture. fashion, photography, graphic design, and creative direction come together here to build stories that feel lived-in, not manufactured.
outside the studio, i’m usually biking or reading, collecting small objects from wherever i land, or locked into a miami heat or 76ers game. i’m a student of pop culture across music, film, and fashion. icons like beyoncé and michael jackson inspire me not just for their output, but for their discipline and refusal to stay still.
at the core of everything i do is respect for individuality and culture. i’m drawn to people, places, and stories that don’t fit clean boxes. my work is about creating space for expression and helping others see themselves more clearly through visuals.
